• Identity & Contact: name, email, phone number, account identifiers.
• Government/Driver Credentials (drivers only): driver’s license, TLC/FHV license numbers, vehicle registration, insurance details, profile photos, and verification results.
• Profile & Communications: profile details, preferences, in app messages, support requests, ratings, and feedback.
• Trip & Usage Data: pickup and drop off addresses, route and GPS location data, time/date, distance, fare, and transaction history.
• Device & Technical: IP address, device identifiers, app version, browser type, logs, and diagnostic data.
• Payment & Billing: payment method tokens, billing address, transaction amounts, and timestamps (payments are processed by integrated payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: cookies, pixels, SDKs, and analytics beacons for authentication, security, and performance.
