TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to our platform, operated by GQ Luxury Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use our mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Drivers must hold valid licenses and regulatory approvals required by applicable law (e.g., NYC TLC/FHV licensing). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration
To access the Services, you must create an account, providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• use the Services to cause nuisance, annoyance, or property damage;
• attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services;
• use the Services to send spam, fraud, or misleading content.

4. User Roles
The Kikbak platform connects passengers (“Riders”), concierges/doormen (“Concierges”), and
professional drivers (“Drivers”) for coordinated transportation. GQ Luxury Services provides the platform and administrative infrastructure; it does not itself transport passengers or own vehicles.

5. Payment & Fees
Payments are processed through integrated third-party payment processors. Riders authorize charges for trips and related fees at the time of booking. Drivers agree that fares, commissions, and incentives are determined by the platform’s policies. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding
arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania, USA. Each party shall bear its own costs, and any award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
